Tiger Brats

This photo is so big, I couldn’t capture it all on my screen. It’s from a Foreign Policy piece, the point of which is, I suppose:

1. There’s more money now in China, and…

2. People enjoy it more due to the one child policy, and…

3. “Little Emperor” is code language for “spoiled brat.”

Whereas the article details China’s struggles with the moral impact of this largesse, however, I wonder how much these photos serve to stir consumer envy (and with it, more online clicks) in the West?   (Here’s the slideshow.)
