Kitchen Debate — Not What it Used to Be

So, is the world (yikes!) just a safer place these days? Or, is the cold war just safely committed to the history ? (Or, has capitalism finally gotten the best of everybody?)l

As compared to “the old days,” are politicians now equally well-trained as actors? Or, does the top shot mostly exemplify Obama’s mastery (in contrast to the lightweight Medvedev) at making himself  look like a regular Joe?
