Where There’s Fire, There’s Smoking

air1

What makes The Smoking Gun so effective is the way they turn court documents into visual icons.

Although the liberal radio project, Air America, is pretty rough around the edges, I started listening to it in the car as an alternative to NPR and Pacifica. When I wasn’t able to find it last week, I thought they had just switched to a new station. Smoking Gun not only summarizes how AA was removed from the air in L.A. and Chicago (allegedly, for bouncing a check), they display the legal brief seeking an injunction for the station’s return.
