Latest Back Door Move: Bush Tosses Bonanza To Big Phone Companies At Expense Of Aunt Millie

(Last Wednesday, the Administration declined to appeal a court decision releasing regional phone companies from sharing their networks at reduced prices. There’s some good news, though.
